CALLING ALL INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS 📣



Join us Sunday, June 11 for two workshops focused on talent development. For new talents recently signed, both workshops are suggested. Courses are completely optional and are curated specially to help talents better prepare for upcoming castings, portfolio development, and navigating the industry. Both events are open to the public and to all professionals.


COURSE 1: AUDITIONS & ETIQUETTE 101

Event Title: Auditions and Etiquette 101

Workshop Class Description:

Are you new to the industry and want to learn what it takes to be a professional talent? This course will walk you through understanding the industry and provide essential tools needed to be successful. You will go over etiquette, what to expect during an audition, as well as industry vocabulary that is important to know. Talents are expected to arrived dressed as if attending an audition or job.


Things to bring:

  1. Headshot: Bring a copy of your headshot.

  2. Laptop or notebook

  3. A small prop or personal item to use for mock audition.

Wardrobe:

  • Black/Dark fitted denim or pants

  • Women - Black fitted tank for women Men - Black fitted short sleeve t-shirt

  • Black shoes / heels + sneakers

  • Applied to both men and women - light/natural makeup. No dark makeup. No false lashes.

  • Hair tie

COURSE 2: AUDITIONS BOOTCAMP

Workshop Class Description:

It’s time to take the next step! Apply the skills you’ve learned so far at this mock audition bootcamp. This workshop is intended to help individuals master their slate and fine tune their audition presentation. Talents are expected to dress as they would for a real audition.


Wardrobe:

  • Black/Dark fitted denim or pants

  • Women - Black fitted tank for women Men - Black fitted short sleeve t-shirt

  • Black shoes / heels + sneakers

  • Applied to both men and women - light/natural makeup. No dark makeup. No false lashes.
